Crossing & Finishing Wave

Set Up

Set up a 36×20 playing area, with a goal at either end.  Players are in pairs.  3 pairs start at a separate side of the goal and an additional pair act as wingers, on either side of the playing area.  Plenty of balls are behind both goals.

The first group dribble into the playing area, and play a ball out to either winger.  As soon as the ball is played, they run at the goal.  The winger crosses when they see fit, and the 2 attackers attempt to score.  As soon as their turn is done, they stay by that goal and take the place of the next pair, who attack the opposite goal.  Continue.

Judge the line and flight of the ball to decide on what type of finish
